About Lianne VanDyke Nutrition

I’m Lianne VanDyke, a former collegiate volleyball player and coach (college & 10+ years club) & soon-to-be Certified Functional Nutrition and Health Coach with a passion for helping young athletes understand how to properly fuel their bodies.

After years in the gym and on the sidelines, I saw the same pattern over and over - athletes under-fueling, feeling exhausted in practices and tournaments, and blaming their training when the issue was actually nutrition or lack thereof.

I believe fueling is a skill, just like passing or serving - and it can be learned with the right coaching.
